Additional Information:
If your date of birth is between Jan. 1st 1997 and before May 1st, 2003, you are eligible to sign up.

You must reside or attend a school fulltime within the area of South Holland, Thornton, East Hazel Crest, Phoenix, Harvey, Dolton, Riverdale and Glenwood (east of Vincennes Ave.).
16 – 18 years old: call if living outside these boundaries.

At Registration $280 ( $300 for 16-18 yr. old) is payable to South Holland Babe Ruth League.

New players are required to bring a birth certificate to registration.
We are seeking managers and Coaches.

Additional Information:
NOTE: Varsity registration includes a personalized jersey. An additional $25 participation fee per family is due at registration. Monies will be credited upon confirmation of volunteer service to the organization.

Registration Procedures:
1. Download registration packet from website: www.southhollandjets.org, fill out and bring to registration day.
2. Payment accepted via CASH, MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD ONLY. NO CHECKS
3. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

Each Participant Must Fulfill The Following At Registration:
1. Participant & Parent or Legal Guardian Must Be Present.
2. Must Have A Completed Application.
3. Bring a Copy of Birth Certificate (New participants only).
4. Bring two identical (2) Passport Size Photos.
5. Football Players Must Weigh-In & Meet League Weight Requirements. (see below)

JV	Ages 11 & 12	up to 125lbs
Varsity	Age 13 and/or 8th Grade	Unlimited weight but only players under 165lbs can carry or throw the ball
Cheer/POM	Ages 5-13 (or 8th Grade)	N/A (Note - POM/Dance is for 6th-8th Grade only)
