Join the Chorale, soloists, and the Chicago Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra for the fifth annual choral/orchestral concert, as they sing the singularly beautiful music of Franz Schubert and Felix Mendelssohn. Although neither composer lived to see their 40th birthday, both left behind a legacy of some of the most beautiful and melodious music ever heard. The well-known Schubert Mass in G major is coupled with the glorious setting of Psalm 42 by Mendelssohn.
